Having been through the process before with the purchase of the home before knowing Michael, we knew what it entailed, and had something to reference along the way. We are *so* incredibly appreciative that we met Michael at an apartment showing and he eventually became our broker. Our first interaction was one where I’d dropped my (COVID) mask en route to the busy apartment showing, and he produced a packaged spare, saving the day, and allowing me to comfortably attend. I was incredibly grateful. He is excellent at reading people, very calm, and was able to walk us through the apartment purchase process piece-by-piece without overwhelming us. We never felt rushed or judged for rejecting an apartment that we had visited. While we were waiting to hear back about our co-op application (which would require renovation) he was able to help us with recommendations for a General Contractor and a Real Estate attorney. Our co-op application process was a long and difficult one; we were ultimately rejected as they were not happy with the sale price. Throughout it all, Michael remained extremely professional and coached us through the decision-making process expertly. I would highly recommend Michael both as an excellent human and excellent Real Estate Agent.

Working with Michael was great. The process of finding an apartment in NYC is stressful and Michael has been an incredible resource throughout. He is very knowledgeable, organized, always on time and on top of things. He was incredibly patient with us and most importantly he was able to get us the apartment we wanted.
